NEW YORK STATE DSRIP LEARNING SYMPOSIUM
The purpose of New York State's Delivery System Reform Incentive Payment (DSRIP) program is to restructure the health care delivery system by reinvesting in the Medicaid program, with the primary goal of reducing avoidable hospital use by 25% over 5 years. The annual statewide Learning Symposium brings together affiliated program personnel, experts in health care and system transformation and the NYS Medicaid Redesign Team for a multi-day engagement to challenge existing norms, share and learn new practices, and accelerate system-wide transformation.
This project involved working with the symposium planning committee to develop a symposium theme and design multiple pieces including symposium program. Took lead on art direction for supporting material such as banners, signage and other collateral. Worked closely with web designer to develop symposium website layout and aesthetic.
